7 Minute Workout for Women

This workout for women is a simple exercise routine that can be done at any time of the day and will not take too much time to complete. Each round of exercise is followed by a short rest break of 1 or 2 minutes before beginning the next round. The workout is recommended twice or thrice every week.

It begins with an overhead squat. This is an exercise for strengthening the core, upper back and legs. To begin with for this workout, you will stand with your feet apart and raise your arms above the shoulders. Then, while holding this position, you will squat down as far as possible, trying to keep your knees behind the level at which your toes are. Do 10 to 15 repetitions of this exercise to make up a round.
